We would like to introduce a case where Mazda Corporation, which is engaged in the manufacturing and sales of passenger cars, implemented the "Ricoh Resin Identification Handheld Sensor B150." The company was working on properly sorting and processing waste generated from the production process to enhance the value of waste plastics. However, even though they were manually sorting waste plastics associated with packaging materials for parts, the majority of the materials were unidentified, making accurate sorting difficult.
